Built in 1989, Las Rocas has since become a landmark destination in Rosarito. Designed by the late Architect José Orozco, an award-winning Mexican Hotel Architect and Designer, known for its works in Los Cabos, La Paz, and its signature white Knockdown Dash Finish Stucco style, Saltillo tile flooring, Open-Framed Terraces, where the ocean view is accented by an outdoor stucco-styled frame, and Mexican blue Talavera tile, Las Rocas shines bright against a the Baja-blue ocean backdrop.
Catering to a growing demand for pairing an oceanfront retreat with a wellness experience, The Spa at Las Rocas was built in 1997. Its array of holistic treatments and full-service salon not only became a guest’s favorite, especially among those attending wedding events but also scored a big hit with the local market.
In 2005, Las Roca’s success as a preferred oceanfront wedding venue, expanded both its venue options and its wedding season beyond the popular spring through summer, with a stunning ocean-view indoor ballroom with a capacity for 300+ persons. It is fully equipped with a lounge bar, hardwood floors, and an impressive ocean-view outdoor terrace.
In 2015, the first phase of its ocean-view Condo accommodations was finished.

Along with its oceanfront amenities and spaces, Las Rocas offers a robust seaside experience, and yet, there is still plenty of oceanfront property space for expansion.
