This is the VELA No. 5 at Bajamar, located in the Coronado section of the Golf Club.
It is a fully equipped luxury residence built on 248 m² across two floors, featuring three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a patio, and a terrace overlooking the Ocean Hole 12 of the Bajamar Golf Club and the Pacific Ocean.
Many real estate developments in the Zona Costa claim to offer a connection with nature, but few truly deliver on that promise. A visit to the Bajamar Golf Club proves that this is the real deal. The club is surrounded by native flora, and wildlife such as owls, rabbits, foxes, squirrels, bobcats, California vultures, and coyotes can frequently be spotted. If you visit during the right season, you may even witness the majestic gray whale from the Whale Lookout.
As the only oceanfront golf club, Bajamar offers a strategic location between the Port of Ensenada and the Valle de Guadalupe wine region. This large-scale development includes a hotel, restaurant-bar, mini vineyard, seaside amphitheater, among other amenities.
At the heart of the course lies the Coronado Section, where the six VELA residences are being built—four of which have already been sold.
House 5 is now finished and features:

The design and architectural planning of these residences were carefully crafted to prevent common issues found in homes along the Zona Costa in general, and Bajamar in particular. Measures were taken to protect against salt buildup on exterior-facing walls, as well as to prevent moisture in ceilings and windows—resulting in an energy-efficient home with optimal thermal performance.
This project contains the combined experience of a seasoned and solid Bajacalifornian single family developer plus the Real Estate experience of almost 20 years of Coastal professional agent.
