Views and location!
This villa is located a few minutes from the US boarder and Tijuana, making a quick easy commute. It sits high above the ocean on a bluff with a development below it, however you see right over the top of the homes and have amazing views of the ocean and Island of Coronado. Here you will see dolphins pretty much daily and seasonal whales, and even some crazy sights from time to time over the island.
The villa is on two levels with a third level below which is all garage able to park up to 3 cars. There is also a 2 car garage off the street in back of the villa, giving you potentially covered parking for 5 cars plus street parking. I do not know of another option at a price like this with this feature and is the main reason the current owner bought it.
The top level has an open living feel with slides overlooking the ocean, a good sized living room, dining room and kitchen, all with a nice flow. There is also a half bath on this level, and again the 2 car garage.
The second level has 2 oceanfront bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and sliders out onto a small terrace. There is a third bedroom in the back of this floor which has a small terrace as well and slider for airflow and natural lighting. It also has a private bathroom.
