Maricela Carter Efferson was born and raised in Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico. All academic studies were achieved in Playas de Rosarito and Tijuana. Licensed Attorney, Completed Course Specializing in Real Estate-Real Estate Law, and English Teacher. I have also been the right hand of Max and Kathy Katz for the last six in a half years, working and acquiring knowledge in all areas such as title research, how a file for a listing should be completed for a smooth closing, coordination of closings themselves, working closely with banks and notaries, experience in all administration documents that are required for a Purchase-Sale transaction and experience working with the different closing and escrow companies.
